Exchange and Return Policy
Log in to the exchange and return center using (order number - mobile number).
• Select a new order – choose the design you wish to replace/return.
• Choose the reason for exchange/return, noting that delivery/shipping fees are subject to the exchange and return policy explained below.
Attach a picture of the design to be replaced/returned to explain the reason for the replacement/return.
Click on the word "Submit Order" and the Talin Couture team will review and process the order within (2-5 working days).
The customer is entitled to benefit from the exchange and return service only once.
After reviewing and accepting the order (for orders within the Kingdom / exchange or return), the shipping company will contact you to receive the item to be returned or exchanged. The store will bear the shipping and delivery costs for the returned shipment in the case of an exchange, and the customer will bear the costs of the replacement shipment. In the case of a return, the fees will be deducted from the value of the order returned to the customer.
· (For orders outside the Kingdom / Returns only) The shipping label is sent to the customer and the customer is obligated to deliver it to the shipping company within one working day. If the customer is late in delivering it, the return request will be cancelled.
Note: This period may be affected by shipping company circumstances such as those that occur during peak seasons like Ramadan, holidays, national or international events, force majeure, or global crises.
If you encounter a problem with the exchange or return process, please contact customer service and the necessary action will be taken as soon as possible.
Exchange and Return Policy:
- The product must be in its original condition upon receipt and must not have been used within (one working day) of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unscented, and there is no damage, alteration, or removal of the piece after receiving it.
- Reorder with all attachments (packaging bag, packaging box, care card).
- If the product is defective or faulty, Talin Couture store will bear the full costs of shipping and return.
The store will bear the shipping and delivery costs for the returned shipment in case of an exchange, while the customer will bear the costs of the replacement shipment. In case of a return, the fees will be deducted from the value of the customer's refunded order.
- After the Talin Couture team receives the item, it will be inspected to ensure the product is undamaged, and then the exchange process will be confirmed.
- If the customer is late in delivering the returned item, the store has the right to cancel the exchange/refund process without referring back to the customer.
- In case of return, the amount paid for delivery fees (within Riyadh 40 riyals) (outside Riyadh 45 riyals) is non-refundable.
- In case of replacement: The customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement shipment within Saudi Arabia (within Riyadh 40 riyals / outside Riyadh: 45 riyals)
- The amount paid as a cash on delivery fee is non-refundable (25 riyals).
International and Gulf orders are non-refundable (exchange only).
- For international orders (outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the customer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping and customs clearance company.
- Purchases made with vouchers, discount coupons, loyalty points, or rewards in the loyalty program cannot be refunded.
- If the customer encounters a problem with the shipment received from the shipping company, the customer must contact the shipping company's customer service directly, inform them of the problem, and send the report number to Talin Couture's customer service.
- In the case of exchanging for a product of a lower price than the first order, the difference in amount will not be refunded to the customer, but will be compensated with a discount code of the same value as the difference in amount.
Funds recovery mechanism:
The amounts paid will be deposited within 15 working days from the date of arrival and receipt of the shipment sent by the customer.
The amount paid through Tamara is refunded through the Tamara portal within 15 working days from the date of arrival and receipt of the shipment sent by the customer.
International and Gulf orders do not receive refunds, but they are replaced with a discount coupon of the same value as the purchases.
