Shipping and Delivery Options

-Outside Riyadh to all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within

• Via SMSA (3-5 working days)
• Via DHL shipping company (1-3 working days)

-Inside Riyadh within (two to three working days)

-Outside Saudi Arabia to all GCC countries via DHL International within (3 to 7 working days)

-Outside Saudi Arabia to all countries of the world except the Gulf countries GCC via DHL International Company within (5 to 12 working days)

International orders are subject to customs fees borne by the customer according to the system in effect in his country.

-International requests to remote areas are subject to fees borne by the customer.

General terms of delivery

Although we are strongly committed to delivering within the timeframes specified in our order confirmation, displayed on our website or mentioned above, these delivery timeframes are only estimates. The timeframe starts from the time of order confirmation, however, if we do not deliver your order within the period specified above from the order confirmation, we will refund you the full amount paid, but we are not responsible for failure to deliver for reasons beyond our control, including your absence from the address provided to receive the order, your request to postpone delivery or your change of the address registered in the order. Or your failure to respond to the representative’s calls.

• This period may be affected by shipping companies’ circumstances, such as what happens during seasons (Ramadan, holidays, national or international occasions).
