- Other cities in the Kingdom via DHL: within 1 to 3 working days.
- The rest of the Kingdom's cities via SMSA: within 3 to 5 working days.
Gulf countries
- Via DHL Worldwide, within 3 to 7 business days.
The rest of the world (title)
- Via DHL Worldwide, within 5 to 7 business days.
- International orders are subject to applicable customs duties in the receiving country, and these are borne by the customer.
- Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas.
Delivery time
- The delivery period starts from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery is made daily, except on official holidays in the Kingdom.
- Some orders may be delayed during peak seasons, such as Ramadan, holidays and national events, or due to shipping company circumstances.
Our commitment to you
- If your order does not arrive within the specified period after confirmation, we will refund the full amount paid.
- This does not include delays due to reasons beyond our control, such as not being at the address, requesting a delivery postponement, changing the address, or not answering the courier's call.
