Exchange and Return Policy
o Log in to Exchange and Return Center Using (order number - mobile number)
o Choose a new order – Choose the design you wish to exchange/return
o Choose the reason for replacement/return, noting that delivery/shipping fees are subject to the replacement and return policy shown below.
o Attach a picture of the design to be replaced/returned to clarify the reason for replacement/return.
o Click on the word “Submit Request” and the Talin Couture team will review and process the request within (2-5 working days).
The customer has the right to benefit from the exchange and return service only once.
After reviewing and accepting the order, the Talin Couture team will issue a return policy and send it to the customer. The store will bear the shipping and delivery costs for the returned shipment in the event of an exchange only, and the customer will bear the costs of the alternative shipment. In the event of a return, the fees will be deducted from the value of the order returned to the customer.
Note: This period may be affected by shipping companies’ circumstances, such as what happens during seasons such as (Ramadan, holidays, national or international occasions) , force majeure, or global crises.
If you encounter a problem with the exchange or return process, please contact customer service and the necessary action will be taken as soon as possible.
Exchange | Return Terms:
The product must be in its original condition upon receipt and not used within (one business day) of receiving the product .
The product has not been used, is not perfumed, and there is no damage, harm, modification, or removal of the piece.
· Return the order with all attachments (packaging bag, packaging box, care card)
If the product is defective or wrong, Talin Couture will bear all shipping and return costs.
After reviewing and accepting the order, the Talin Couture team issues a return policy and sends it to the customer. The store bears the shipping and delivery costs in the event of an exchange only. In the event of a return, the fees are deducted from the value of the order returned to the customer.
After the policy is issued by Talin Couture Store, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered in the policy (SMSA) within 24 hours of sending the policy.
After the Talin Couture team receives the item, it will be inspected to ensure the product is safe and then the acceptance of the exchange process will be confirmed.
If the customer is late in delivering the returned item, the store has the right to cancel the exchange/return process without referring to the customer.
If the customer delays sending the replacement order he desires after shipping the returned order, the store has the right to issue a special code for the value of the order and cancel the replacement order without referring back to the customer.
In the event of a refund , the amount paid for delivery fees (inside Riyadh 40 riyals) (outside Riyadh 45 riyals) is non-refundable.
In case of replacement: The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the replacement shipment within Saudi Arabia.
(Inside Riyadh 40 riyals) (Outside Riyadh: 45 riyals SMSA / 65 riyals DHL)
The amount paid in cash on delivery fees is non-refundable (25 riyals).
Special orders are non-exchangeable or non-refundable .
International and Gulf orders are non-refundable (exchange only)
In international orders (outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs of the product to the shipping and customs clearance company.
· Purchases made with vouchers, discount coupons, loyalty points, or rewards cannot be refunded in the loyalty program.
If the customer encounters a problem with the shipment received from the shipping company, the customer must contact the shipping company’s customer service directly and inform them of the problem and send the report number to Talin Couture’s customer service.
In the event of an exchange for a product less than the price of the first order, the difference in amount will not be returned to the customer and will be compensated with a discount code with the same value as the difference in amount.
Refund Mechanism
· The amounts paid will be deposited within 15 working days. From the date of arrival and receipt of the shipment sent by the customer
The amount paid through Tamara will be refunded through the Tamara portal within 15 working days from the date of arrival and receipt of the shipment sent by the customer.
International and Gulf orders are non-refundable, but are replaced with a discount coupon of the same purchase value.
Orders subject to discount offers are not refunded, but are replaced with a discount coupon of the same purchase value.
